On Saturday 30th September, we launched the first showhome at Felsted Gate and invited house hunters in Essex to visit the marketing suite, find out about the available homes, and enjoy a selection of luxury canapes and champagne.
Situated on Station Road, the development, called Felsted Gate, will provide a collection of three, four and five-bedroom detached homes located in the picturesque Essex countryside.
Felsted Gate, aptly named as it will act as the gateway to a stunning new village, will deliver a unique selection of homes, offering traditional designs with a contemporary feel. Three brand-new house types have been specially-designed at the development to mirror the local architectural vernacular.
The high-quality designs form part of Mulberry Homes’ “Quintessential Living” brand, which encompasses the company’s ethos of building beautiful homes that seamlessly blend into their surroundings.
