Georgina Wilkinson

Regional Development Director

Georgina heads up the Southern Counties division as Regional Development Director and is committed to implementing the clear and concise growth strategy set out by the business whilst remaining true to the company’s core values of creating communities that our customers and we are proud of.

Operating from the Bishop Stortford office, Georgina plays an integral role in the expansion of the business into the Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire and Suffolk areas. Her strong background in land buying and previous experience at Redrow Homes means her understanding and expertise will be invaluable in the execution of next phase of progression at Mulberry Homes.

Chris Russell

Construction Director

Chris joins Mulberry Homes as Construction Director with over 25 years’ experience within the housebuilding industry. Having acquired hands-on experience at the beginning of his career he has carved out an impressive portfolio, which has gained him invaluable experience working for the likes of Bellway Homes, Hill and Willmott Dixon, to name a few.

Chris’ role at Mulberry ensures the smooth running of the developments, solidifying the day-to-day working relationships with contractors, supplier and customers, whilst continuing to deliver the Mulberry product to the highest of standards.

John Burke

Finance Director

John’s role at Mulberry is to lead the Finance team for the New Homes sector of the business. As a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, he has an impressive background within the industry and beyond, having previously worked at Taylor Wimpey and Berkeley Homes.

His understanding of Financial Management, having held positions spanning a number of industries are invaluable as Finance Director; giving him a commercial and operational focus coupled with a diverse knowledge in both blue chip and SME business.

Kerry Jones

Sales & Marketing Director

With industry experience spanning across 25 years in both the corporate and private new homes sector, Kerry works across the board with our internal teams to assist in the delivery of well planned developments in great locations across the Midlands. She has a strong background within sales and marketing in the industry and leads our team of Sales Advisors and Sales Managers alongside the Marketing team.

Will Almond

Land Director

Will’s role as Land Director encompasses both the Central Region office in Crick and the Southern Counties Region office in Bishops Stortford.

Formerly holding positions at Savills, Weston Homes and Stonebond Properties, Will brings with him a wealth of experience in the acquisition and management of a variety of residential developments across Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridge, Suffolk and Kent.

The organic growth of the Southern Counties Region and the expansion of the Central Region remains a priority for Will and his team, strengthening relationships of old and establishing those of new.

David Morris

Head of Commercial

David joined our Commercial Team with a wealth of experience and knowledge, having been in the industry for just under 25 years. He has previously worked for Bellway, Bloor Homes, Taylor Woodrow, Antler Homes and Owl Homes; a housebuilder he set up in 2015. His role at Mulberry involves material and sub-contract procurement, cost control, staffing, routine approvals and management of the Commercial Team.

Robert Wilkinson


Playing an instrumental role in the growth of Mulberry Property Developments, Robert has a wealth of experience and knowledge in business. He has previously been in the automotive sector where he successfully built and sold several companies.

Robert is also personally integral to our set of core values and sustainability initiatives, The Mulberry Way, having spearheaded our World Land Trust partnership and the environmentally conscious practices that we are actively striving towards.

Jon Tate


Jon’s strong commercial background means he is influential in the decision making and running of the company. As a qualified Chartered Accountant he’s also responsible for the financial management of the Mulberry Group.
