Following the success of our campaigns over the last three years, we are delighted to announce our 2023 monthly community fund – Quintessentially Community Focused.

Quintessentially Community Focused showcases our on-going commitment to the local areas we build and develop in, as the developer of choice. As part of the initiative, we provide for and form lasting partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and branches of the public and charity sectors.

Quintessentially Community Focused is our promise to support charities and public organisations local to our developments. Our aim is to contribute positively to the work of numerous charitable and social enterprises in the communities where we build our homes.

As part of the programme, not-for-profit organisations are invited to apply to receive a one-off donation of £1 to £1,000. Each month, our judging panel will select a beneficiary to secure the requested funding. To submit an application, please fill out the form here or download a form to fill in
