We know that buying a new home is one of life’s big decisions. It can also be one of life’s great adventures: new location, new community, new experiences, new neighbours, new friends. And, with a brand-new Mulberry home, where everything is clean, fresh and ready to go, it can be time to do more of the things you enjoy.

As an awarding winning, privately owned developer, we know that the homes we build will be the most important spaces in our customers’ lives. That’s why we take a proactive approach, carefully considering every component – from locations and materials to external designs and internal specifications and, of course, the sales, purchase and aftercare experiences – so you receive the best result and service possible from people who know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Whether it’s your first home or fifth, whether you’re already familiar with the area or relocating, buying a house is always a huge decision. That’s why the team at Mulberry are dedicated to guiding and supporting you throughout the process – before, during and beyond purchase.

Our support doesn’t end as soon as life in your new home begins. We’re here to support you for two years from the date you complete the purchase of your Mulberry home.

We will communicate to you at three key stages of construction: when the roof goes on, when your home is plastered, and before your home’s painted. This is so you know how we’re progressing and what to expect next. The vagaries of the great British weather can sometimes interfere, but we do our best to ensure disruption and delays are kept to a minimum.

From reservation to completion, we’ll keep you informed on both the progress of your build and the continuing legal process.

Our experienced team is available by phone, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to answer your questions and arrange for our customer care team to assess and fix issues covered by our two-year builder warranty period.

"The style of these houses is quite different to the others. They have cream windows. We also have a garage and a large driveway, which you don't get on a lot of new sites. A garage was another one of the things that we needed, as we have too much stuff. The styles of the windows are different from any other house. A workman came to look at the glass today, and he said that he did not know of any other site that had these cream windows - everywhere else has white windows."

"It's the build aesthetics, it's the cream windows, the sage and muted colours for the doors and garages, it gives it a more high-end feel to it. The brick that has been selected is also very good, they had issues with bricks because of the pandemic so they had to change some midway through but I'm really happy with my brick, it's the red brick. I'm happy with the mixtures of different bricks and the render. If my house had been cream, I would've been less happy because I don't like the cream bricks."
