And, with a brand-new Mulberry home, where everything is clean, fresh and ready to go, it can be time to do more of the things you enjoy.

That’s why we take a proactive approach, carefully considering every component – from locations and materials to external designs and internal specifications and, of course, the sales, purchase and aftercare experiences – so you receive the best result and service possible from people who know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Whether it’s your first home or fifth, whether you’re already familiar with the area or relocating, buying a house is always a huge decision. That’s why the team at Mulberry are dedicated to guiding and supporting you throughout the process – before, during and beyond purchase.
Our support doesn’t end as soon as life in your new home begins. We’re here to support you for two years from the date you complete the purchase of your Mulberry home.
We will communicate to you at three key stages of construction: when the roof goes on, when your home is plastered, and before your home’s painted. This is so you know how we’re progressing and what to expect next. The vagaries of the great British weather can sometimes interfere, but we do our best to ensure disruption and delays are kept to a minimum.
From reservation to completion, we’ll keep you informed on both the progress of your build and the continuing legal process.
Our experienced team is available by phone, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to answer your questions and arrange for our customer care team to assess and fix issues covered by our two-year builder warranty period.
