Luxury housebuilder Mulberry Homes is partnering with Roofspace Solutions to install the i-Roof at its upcoming development in Houlton, Rugby.
The development, called Mulberry Homes at Houlton, will consist of a stunning range of 147 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, situated on Houlton Way, a new link road built by Urban&Civic to connect Houlton to Rugby Town.
The development includes a wide variety of house styles for first-time buyers, working professionals, growing families and downsizers alike.
Roofspace Solutions is a leader in the construction industry, specialising in modern methods of construction that assist with traditional building methods. The company is partnering with Mulberry Homes to install its flagship product, the i-Roof, onto the 2.5 storey homes at the Houlton development.
The i-Roof is a specialised room-in-roof solution for 2.5 storey homes that is fully constructed off-site, meaning that it can be fitted onto a home in just one day. This reduced install time greatly reduces the risk to builders, as it cuts down on the time spent working at height.
The roofing solution also falls in line with the housebuilder’s new brand of Mulberry Homes “Quintessential Living”, which encompasses the company’s ethos of being passionate about building beautiful, quality homes that effortlessly blend into their surroundings, and of being committed to providing a high standard of service to its customers.
In particular, the i-Roof represents the housebuilder’s commitment to delivering homes built to a ‘Quintessentially High Specification’. The i-Roof utilises trusses and high eaves, which make the most of the available space and give homebuyers a much larger room on the top floor. The roofs are also pre-insulated as standard, meaning that homes with the i-Roof are warmer and more energy efficient.

Mulberry Homes at Houlton is part of the large-scale Houlton development, which is being delivered by Urban&Civic in partnership with Aviva Investors.
