We are proud to announce that we have achieved a ‘Gold Award’ for customer satisfaction in 2023. The awards, run by specialist market research company, In-house Research, are based purely on our customer feedback received through an independent telephone survey.
In the survey year covering new home handovers from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022, 70% of customers responded to the survey. Of those, 91% said they would recommend Mulberry Homes to their friends, colleagues or family members.
