At Mulberry Homes we do things differently! We are committed to introducing sustainable, ethical and community- centered practises into our core values at every opportunity; with each of them underpinning every key stage of land selection to property construction.
We have launched a number of initiatives which we believe showcases our desire to build homes and communities within environments that our customer’s really want to live in.
Residents within selected developments are already benefitting from our electric charging points, private gardening clubs which encourage the growth of community spirit and fresh produce on their doorstep; and landscaped green garden boundaries for specific homes, giving them the utmost privacy whilst offering a pleasant, leafy outlook. We have also partnered with the World Land Trust in support of its Buy an Acre programme.
We believe that each initiative promotes positivity, whether it’s environmentally or personally and add to the community’s sense of wellbeing; something close to our hearts.
