How fab is LOROS Hospice poly tunnel looking! Following our donation last month they have made great progress!
The eventual plan is to incorporate a pergola to the paving area, which will give patients the ideal area where they can relax with somewhere to sit should the gardening activities become too strenuous. The poly tunnel has been installed to allow Day Therapy patients to plant a range of fruit, vegetables and crops.
The produce will then be used in the Hospice’s kitchen and be sold, with any income from the sales going back into the project to fund new plants, tools and decorations, making it self-sustainable.
