This April we’re helping to tackle poverty in Northampton

We’re thrilled to be donating £1000 to Northampton Hope Centre as we continue our 10-year anniversary celebrations, in which we’ve committed to supporting local charities and organisations nearby to our developments throughout 2021.

Hope has been serving the Northampton community for 46 years, and focuses on tackling poverty, homelessness and unemployment, especially following the impact of Coronavirus. As well as giving practical support, they offer a variety of services to those suffering with homelessness, isolation, addictions, mental health and more, to enable them to take back control of their own lives.

Noo Jarvill, Corporate Fundraiser at Hope, said: “On behalf of the Hope Centre, I would like to thank Mulberry Homes very much indeed for their generosity. This financial contribution will make a huge difference to the support we are able to offer to those on the cusp of poverty and disadvantage in Northampton – we are most grateful.”

Kerry Jones, Sales Director at Mulberry Homes, said: “I’m delighted that we’re able to offer such a significant donation to Hope this April. Poverty and homelessness are huge problems throughout many local communities and the current pandemic has made the lives of these vulnerable people even more challenging. Hope offer invaluable services to help individuals get their lives back on track, and we’re very proud to be supporting them and the vital work they do.”

Stay tuned to find out how Hope will be using the funds in the upcoming months.
