A new homes development in Moulton in Northamptonshire will have a community garden installed for its residents after an innovative ‘gardening club’ scheme was given the green light by local planners.
Located on Boughton Road, Meadow View Fields from Mulberry Homes is a collection of 125 three, four and five-bedroom homes, all complete with beautiful, enclosed gardens. The Mulberry Gardening Club will now give residents an additional communal garden to enjoy with their neighbours.

Home owners will be able to choose to be part of the club and become custodians of the landscaped space along with some basic equipment, planters and a shed to help get the club up and running.
