We catch up with Sam and Jess, who used the Key Workers Scheme to allow them to move into their dream home in Kingsbury Park, Lutterworth…
With Sam David (21) a police officer from Leicester living with his parents in Lutterworth and Jessica May (20) based in Daventry with hers, settling close to both families was essential for the couple. Whilst driving around, Sam and Jessica noticed the Help to Buy logo on our Kingsbury Park sign and were instantly drawn to the development.
