BRUNSWICK GATE DECLARED OPEN WITH VIP RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY

Brunswick Gate, our new development of luxury properties in Lower Stondon, has been declared open by the Chairman of Stondon Parish Council, who cut the ribbon to officially launch the new homes earlier this month.

Chairman Nigel Benson was invited to join our Managing Director, Ian Sadler, for a tour of Brunswick Gate’s state-of-the-art, four-bedroom Harrington show home and three-bedroom Carlton show home. The tour encompassed our development’s unique, landscaped discovery garden, a communal space offering a host of features to keep the whole family engaged.

After cutting the ribbon, Ian Sadler presented Cllr. Benson with a £200 cheque donation for Stondon Parish Council’s nominated charity, Keech Hospice Care: the adult hospice for South Bedfordshire and the children’s hospice for Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

Set against a stunning backdrop of rolling countryside, our 85-home development of characterful three, four and five-bedroom homes has already reported a significant number of sales, with the first residents due to move in in the coming days.

Cllr. Benson said: “On behalf of Stondon Parish Council, I would like to thank Mulberry Homes for their time and for showing us around their show homes. We would also like to thank them for their contribution of £200 towards Keech Hospice Care, one of the charities the Council has supported.

“We look forward to all the promised improvements to Pollards Way and the integration into the new open space and associated works from Mulberry Homes.”

Ian Sadler said: “It was a pleasure and a privilege to welcome Cllr. Benson to our beautifully situated Brunswick Gate development, and to reaffirm our commitment to the ongoing collaborative work we’re undertaking with Stondon Parish Council to improve the environment local to the development, including the Pollards Way Park works.

“From the very beginning, it has been central to our ethos as a housebuilder to maintain, complement and enhance the countryside and the communities we build in. By inviting the Council to witness the progress of our site here, we are opening up a dialogue about how we can best contribute to the landscape and the lives of local people here in Lower Stondon.”

On reserving a Brunswick Gate property, buyers can be sure of having the best of both worlds: a modern, high-specification home amidst the unspoilt vistas of rural Bedfordshire.

Brunswick Gate’s various interiors likewise showcase our eye for detail and quality. All kitchens feature laminate worktops and integrated fridge-freezers, with some also incorporating a Bosch double oven and dishwasher. Bathrooms and en suites are fitted with heated towel rails and shaver points for residents’ comfort and convenience.

Full gas-fired central heating with energy-efficient combi boilers guarantees the perfect temperature throughout the winter months, whilst multi-media points and TV sockets in several rooms provide year-round entertainment. These touches come together to create the sophisticated interiors that give our properties the edge.

We recognise the adapting landscape of the automotive industry and therefore offer electric car charging points in Brunswick Gate’s visitor parking areas for the use of residents and guests alike. Also available are smart parcel delivery boxes, providing a stress-free solution for residents expecting a delivery whilst away from home.

The peaceful village of Lower Stondon benefits from the idyllic harmony of rural living, whilst providing the option to explore the amenities of nearby Hitchin and Letchworth Garden City.

Lower Stondon itself features Mount Pleasant Golf Club, a village hall and takeaway restaurants, as well as a play park and primary school for those with young families. With yoga, Tai Chi and Scouts also on offer, the village community really does offer something for everyone.

Hitchin’s offering ranges from salons providing indulgent spa treatments to chic coffee shops and the glorious Hitchin Lavender Farm. Further afield, Bedford and Luton are a short drive away via the A6 whilst the A1 and M1 are just 15 and 25 minutes away respectively, providing quick access to major national transport networks.

Commuters will also find themselves at an advantage here: trains from Hitchin railway station reach London St. Pancras Intl. in just over half an hour, whilst Cambridge and Peterborough are both under 45 minutes away by rail.

Prices at Brunswick Gate start from £379,950 for a three-bedroom Abbey home. Anyone who would like to know more can register their interest by calling 0333 121 1040 to speak to our Sales Advisor Keelan Riley, or by visiting https://mulberryhomes.co.uk/developments/brunswick-gate/overview/.
