Mulberry Homes Recognised for Golden Customer Service

Midlands-based residential developer, Mulberry Homes, has been awarded the In-house 2017 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction. As one of the 36 homebuilders to be recognised for its high praise from customers, the award comes after Mulberry scored a ‘recommend’ percentage of over 96 per cent.


The awards are based on the results of extensive customer telephone surveys, taken between 1st January and 31st December 2017, in which customers were asked specifically about their buying experience with their housebuilder. With each years’ surveys achieving a high response rate, the In-house awards are given as a result of credible data and therefore truly reflect the customers’ opinion.
