HOW DOES THE MULBERRY HOMES EARLY BIRD SCHEME WORK?

Selected homes across our developments will be available using the Early Bird Scheme, once you have found yours our dedicated Sales Team will provide you with a guide price (which is subject to change) and ask you to provide some details along with payment for a refundable reservation fee of £150. You can then relax in the knowledge that we’ll be in touch with you as soon as your home is ready to be released for sale.

Once your home has been released for sale, we will contact you to confirm the release price for the home (which may differ from the approximate guide price). You’ll then have 2 days to decide if you’d like to proceed with buying the home.

*Terms and Conditions

Selected Mulberry Homes will be made available to the ‘Early Bird’ Scheme which your Sales Advisor will communicate. Please be aware that these homes often have completion dates of 8 – 12 months or more in the future.  To secure an early bird reservation you will pay a £150 deposit, which is fully refundable should you wish to not continue to reservation stage and inform Mulberry Homes within 48 hours.

In order to secure your Early Bird plot, you will need to demonstrate that you are in a contractually proceedable position. Your Sales Advisor will contact you when the plot is due to be formally released, giving you the opportunity to proceed to a formal reservation before the plot is advertised for general sale.

If you do not wish or fail to convert your ‘Early Bird Reservation’ to a ‘Full Reservation’ within 2 days from the property being released for general sale, the £150 deposit will be refunded and the property will be released for sale to the general open market.  A ‘Full Reservation’ agreement supersedes the ‘Early Bird Reservation’ agreement.

Mulberry Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee. Mulberry Homes reserve the right to not offer the property as it is on the open market, in this event the potential purchaser will be notified and refunded in full.
