Playing an instrumental role in the growth of Mulberry Property Developments, Robert has a wealth of experience and knowledge in business. He has previously been in the automotive sector where he successfully built and sold several companies.
Robert is also personally integral to our set of core values and sustainability initiatives, The Mulberry Way, having spearheaded our World Land Trust partnership and the environmentally conscious practices that we are actively striving towards.
Jon’s strong commercial background means he is influential in the decision making and running of the company. As a qualified Chartered Accountant he’s also responsible for the financial management of the Mulberry Group.
Ian joined the team with more than 25 years’ experience in residential development, meaning his understanding and expertise come second to none for executing Mulberry’s growth plans. He has previously worked for the likes of Taylor Wimpey and Barratt Homes.
Coming from a technical background, Ian has been honing his craft for many years and is now responsible for the day to day running of Mulberry Homes.
With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Steve has vast expertise in the development and housebuilding sector having held many senior board positions in the past for both private and public house building companies. Previous employers included Henry Boot Homes and Persimmon Homes Midlands.
Tony is a qualified management accountant who is responsible for the finances across the group. He has strong commercial and business experience from a wide range of sectors including engineering, logistics, civil engineering and construction.
With industry experience spanning across 25 years in both the corporate and private new homes sector, Kerry works across the board with our internal teams to assist in the delivery of well planned developments in great locations across the Midlands. She has a strong background within sales and marketing in the industry and leads our team of Sales Advisors and Sales Managers alongside the Marketing team.
With 27 years experience working for a number of major PLC residential developers and an Architects Journal top 100 architectural practice, Wayne is responsible for overseeing all our residential developments from an architectural and civil engineering function for the business providing key information for all our internal teams at Mulberry Homes. A qualified Urban Designer, he has strong experience in the master planning and residential architectural design sectors and plays a vital role in delivering our new developments through the planning process in addition to developing our house type portfolio.
Phil’s role at Mulberry is to lead the Development team. His broad role includes identifying and acquiring new land opportunities whilst maximising the value and ensuring smooth delivery of the ‘live’ developments through the planning and delivery stages.
Having started his career at Tesco, he has managed large teams & projects in a number of disciplines and was also responsible for delivering the world’s first zero carbon supermarket. Since joining Mulberry, Phil has played a key role in the successful delivery of numerous projects including Midlands Logistics Park, Connex Park and MLP Bedford.
He is now focusing on ensuring the next phase of projects are also a success as well as finding further opportunities for the development pipeline.
Mark is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with a broad range of commercial development expertise accumulated over a 30 year career in the industry. Over the years he has attained a deep understanding of developing large and sometimes challenging sites.
Mark plays a key role in the development of commercial sites, leading teams of consultants to the successful completion of projects.
Tom has joined our Commercial Development Team bringing with him a broad range of skills and a wealth of experience. Having previously worked for Savills, Citygrove and EG Group he brings with him in depth knowledge working on both the agency and client sides of the industry and will be responsible for securing new development and investment opportunities at Mulberry.
With well-rounded experience from acquisition of development land to successful delivery of a range of schemes, Tom’s other objectives include securing longer term strategic opportunities for the business whilst also ensuring the smooth running of existing projects through the legal, leasing, planning and disposal stages.
