We’re delighted to be Supporting Garden House Hospice Care

As part of our Distinctly Local 2020 campaign, we have donated £200 to Garden House Hospice Care, nearby to our Brunswick Gate development in Lower Stondon.
Kerry Jones, our Sales Director, said: “A key element of our Distinctly Local campaign is the commitment to strengthening, and forging lasting partnerships with, the communities local to our developments. We’ve been incredibly proud to be able to continue with our donations during the pandemic.
“We’re delighted to have made this donation to Garden House Hospice Care and those who benefit from its services. The pandemic has been especially tough for patients, carers and medical staff, and we hope these funds will offer a huge helping hand during this time.”
Jean Allinson, Relationship Fundraising Manager at the Hospice, said: “Although the Hospice receives some funding, we greatly rely on the support of the community to help fund our work. We are, however, facing the reality of an uncertain financial future as a result of the pandemic, as our many fundraising events had to be cancelled or postponed.
“We’re extremely grateful to Mulberry Homes for their generous donation during these times. This will hugely benefit our fantastic Clinical Staff by helping them to keep caring for our patients and families, and help us to protect the future of the Hospice.”
