Mulberry Homes celebrates the successful launch of the second phase at its Braintree development

With the first phase of homes having almost sold out, Mulberry Homes at Braintree are pleased to announce the launch of 11 new detached homes to market.

Situated off Rayne Road, phase one comprised of 32 two, three and four-bedroom homes, whilst phase 2 is a smaller release of just 11 homes catering for a variety of homebuyers.

The development is situated in a prime location with excellent transport links, including the nearby Braintree train station which offers regular direct services to London in a hour and convenient road links to London and beyond via the M25, A12 and M1.

As at all its developments, Mulberry has supported the local community with donations to local charities such as Braintree Mencap and Hope House as well as sponsoring the local school fete.

Kerry Jones, Sales and Marketing Director at Mulberry Homes, said: “We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of our second phase of homes.

“The development has been popular since its initial launch and we are not surprised the first phase has been so in demand. We are very proud of the community that has begun to grow here and are excited to see it flourish.”

Mulberry Homes at Braintree offers easy access to beautiful green open spaces, which are perfect for scenic walks or cycle rides, whilst also benefiting from excellent transport links and plenty of local amenities, such as the bustling town centre, quality local schools and thriving community culture.
