Introducing our “Your Lifestyle, Your Space” initiative, which we believe showcases our desire to build high-quality homes that suit the way people want to live and enjoy their homes.

As part of our Options and Upgrades package, selected homes will be able to benefit from ‘Work From Home’ stand alone Garden Rooms and the potential to have a lifestyle room above their garage either at point of reservation or at a later date (subject to stage of construction) which can be used as offices, leisure or entertainment spaces.

The additional space could become an office or area for leisure and entertainment, such as a gym or games room. For those with large families, the extra room could be used for teenagers or elderly relatives, providing them with their own dedicated space whilst keeping all loved-ones under the same roof.
