We’re launching a competition for Walk your Dog Month

We’re running a competition this January across our social media platforms for dog-walkers around the country.

Participants are encouraged to take part in our Walk your Dog Month competition by uploading photos of their dog being walked and tagging us in your post.

The photos will be judged through an online poll and the photographs with the most public votes will be reviewed by a panel of judges.

A winner will be selected at the beginning of February and receive a £100 gift voucher for a local dog groomer to pamper their pooch.

Walk your Dog month runs throughout the whole of January, and focuses on the health and well-being benefits of dog-walking for both you and your dog.

The awareness month is a great opportunity to set small achievable targets to get out and walk your dog and hopefully change your habits in the long-term one step at a time.

Mulberry Homes, said: “We wanted to get involved in Walk your Dog Month this January to encourage the public to get out and stay active after the Christmas period.

“January can be a difficult month with the post-Christmas blues setting in. A great way to combat that seasonal slump is by getting out and getting some exercise with your beloved pet.

“When you’re out and about walking your dog this January, don’t forget to snap a picture of them and let us know over social media. We can’t wait to see them all!”
