Forest bathing at Rushmere Country Park – celebrate May Day among the trees

Treat yourself to a guided forest bathing experience – a chance to slow down and unwind as you tune into nature.
During this gentle walk, you’ll be guided to awaken your senses, connect mindfully with nature and explore what the season brings in this beautiful woodland setting. The walk will be inspired by the festival of May Day, traditionally celebrated as the return of summer.
The walk ends with a chance to reflect on our experiences with a warming cup of herbal tea.
The walk will take place at Rushmere Country Park, a wonderful site with mixed woodland, meadows and heathland on the Greensand Ridge in Bedfordshire.
The walk is suitable for those new to forest bathing and for those with some experience.
