With the second national lockdown now in place we’d like to reassure our customers that our teams will continue to work hard to deliver their homes safely and on time.  We are also still fully able to support new customers through the reservation, homebuying and moving process.

We have continued to review our Coronavirus policy in accordance with the latest guidance and are reassured that Government has chosen to keep the housing market and construction sector open.

Appointments to our developments can still be made and we look forward to welcoming new customers in person as well as online, via video conferencing and over the phone.

Please be reassured that safeguarding our customers, colleagues and suppliers and their families remains our top priority.

We would like to thank everyone their continued support and patience as we navigate the new normal.

Following the news of a second national lockdown from Thursday 5th November, we’d like to reassure our customers that our teams will continue to work hard to deliver their homes safely and on time.

We have continued to review our Coronavirus policy in accordance with the latest guidance and are reassured that Government has chosen to keep the housing market and construction sector open. Our teams are still fully able to support customers through the homebuying and moving process.

Safeguarding our customers, colleagues and suppliers and their families remains our top priority, therefore from Thursday our marketing suites will only be available for essential appointments for customers in the process of purchasing a home.

We look forward to welcoming new customers via other means, online, via video conferencing and over the phone. We would like to thank everyone their continued support and patience as we navigate the new normal.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) update at our Mulberry Homes developments 

Coronavirus statement, Thursday 1st October 2020:
From the offset of the pandemic, we have continued to review our Corona policy in accordance with the latest guidance. Safeguarding our customers, colleagues and suppliers remains our top priority and we continue to operate on an appointment only basis with strict social distancing measures.
To comply with the latest Government guidance, all our visitors will be required to wear a face covering when visiting our Sales Arenas.
Pre-arranged appointments can be made directly with our Sales Teams and with up to two visitors from the same household at a time.  All pre-arranged appointments will be validated and documented in order to ensure the safety of all involved.
Buyers continue to be able to view our properties online and our teams are fully able to support customers through the homebuying and moving process.
