Moulton New Homes Development Declared Open with VIP Ceremony

Meadow View Fields, Mulberry Homes’ new development of high-quality properties in Moulton, Northamptonshire, has been declared open by the Chairman of Moulton Parish Council, who cut the ribbon to officially launch the new homes in a visit earlier this month.

Chairman David Aarons was invited to join Mulberry Homes’ Managing Director, Ian Sadler, for a tour of Meadow View Fields’ state-of-the-art showhomes: the four-bedroom Sherbourne and the attractive, newly-designed Pitsford.

After cutting the ribbon, Cllr. Aarons was presented with a £200 cheque donation for Moulton Parish Council’s nominated charity, 38th Moulton Scout Group. The donation will be put towards a new roof for the group’s hut.

Ian Sadler said: “We were delighted to welcome Cllr. Aarons to our Meadow View Fields development and to declare our homes here officially open. Moulton is a vibrant and collaborative community which we are committed to contributing to and enhancing, through our ongoing support for local businesses and charitable organisations, with financial contributions towards the local school and library as well as providing affordable homes for the local area. In addition to this, we will be enhancing the local environment by planting mature trees and introducing new sports pitches.”

Cllr. Aarons said: “I’d like to thank Ian and Mulberry Homes for inviting me along as Moulton Parish Council’s representative for an enjoyable morning at Meadow View Fields. It was a pleasure to cut the ribbon to this new part of our community here in Moulton, and we are very grateful to Mulberry Homes for their kind donation towards our Scout Group. I hope this will be the beginning of a positive and productive relationship for all involved.”

On reserving a Meadow View Fields property, buyers can look forward to having the best of both worlds: a modern home with top-of-the-range facilities, at the heart of a close-knit community.

Each of the development’s interiors comes fitted with high-quality kitchenware, whilst bathrooms and en suites feature luxury details such as heated towel rails and shaver points for added ease. Full gas-fired central heating courtesy of energy-efficient combi boilers guarantees that residents will remain cosy throughout the winter months without having to break the bank, whilst a multi-media point and TV sockets provide entertainment for all.

Outside, too, Meadow View Fields offers unique Mulberry Homes initiatives, including electric car charging points in the visitor parking area and automated smart parcel delivery boxes, which take the stress out of receiving a delivery for those often away from home. These bespoke touches combine to create the level of quality for which Mulberry Homes has become known.

Moulton is a traditional village with a thriving community spirit. Pre-school facilities, a village primary and two colleges sit alongside shops, pubs, a church, theatre and Moulton Sports Complex, which houses the Village Hall. Home to the Moulton Morris Dancers, the village also holds an annual festival in May.

With Northampton and Kettering town centres five and eleven miles away respectively, Meadow View Fields enjoys the best of both worlds: the peace and charm of village life, with larger urban centres a short drive away.

Homes at Meadow View Fields are available from just £274,950 for a three-bedroom home, with home moving schemes such as Assisted Move, Help to Buy and Part Exchange available. Mulberry Homes’ bespoke Key Workers Scheme, which offers £500 for every £20,000 spent on one of its homes and is available to staff from the emergency services, schools, hospitals, doctors’ surgeries and the armed forces, is also available (T&Cs apply).
