Midlands Housebuilder Embraces Innovation with New Graduate Role

Mulberry  Homes, one of the Midlands’ most forward-thinking housebuilders has confirmed its commitment to developing pioneering new communities across the wider region, with the announcement of its newly-created Innovation Champion graduate position.

Mulberry Homes, which has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes with meticulous design standards and attention to detail, is focused on creating developments with cutting-edge additional features, where people aspire to live.

Examples of initiatives Mulberry Homes has introduced to date include electric car charging points in visitor parking areas; smart parcel delivery boxes, which provide a stress-free delivery solution for residents; and communal gardening clubs. Alongside these, the housebuilder is increasingly placing more emphasis on creating softer landscaping with mature trees within its developments, as part of its commitment to the green agenda.

The developer has now announced that it will be recruiting for a graduate Innovation Champion to join its central team. Reporting directly to Mulberry Homes’ Managing Director, Ian Sadler, the individual will receive training in all aspects of the company and work closely with all departments, making the role attractively broad for applicants looking to diversify their knowledge and experience in the workplace.

Ian Sadler said: “We are very much looking forward to welcoming on board a talented new member of the team, whose remit will be to explore and develop new ideas and methods designed to enhance our customer experience, as well as the communities and landscapes we create and contribute to.

“Any individuals who feel they have the drive, ideas and passion to take on the role and help us to continue building unique, sustainable communities are encouraged to apply via https://mulberryhomes.co.uk/about/careers/.”
