A Cracking Easter Extravaganza by Mulberry Homes

There was plenty of Easter excitement on Saturday 31st March at a selection of Mulberry Homes’ developments. The regional housebuilder hosted an Easter Extravaganza at four of their premium sites; Houghton Fields in Bedfordshire, Earls Place in Northamptonshire and Oak View and Stokes Rise, in Leicestershire. Each proved to be a great success with high-footfall from current residents, potential purchasers and local communities.

Each event included tours of the beautiful show homes, providing potential purchasers some insight into life within these close-knit new communities. Adding some Easter fun to the day, the children were invited to embark on an exciting egg hunt, in which chocolate treats and hidden chicks were scattered throughout each of the show homes. Fun-filled clues and riddles were given to children to help them locate each of the hidden prizes, whilst parents enjoyed learning the finer details of the homes.

Kerry Jones, Head of Sales for Mulberry Homes, comments: “It was fantastic to see such a great turnout to each of our Easter events. With a combination of both new residents and potential purchasers, it was lovely to see everyone come together during the bank holiday weekend. Our Easter Extravaganza promotes the strong sense of neighbourhood and community spirit encouraged at all Mulberry Home’s developments.”

Houghton Fields offers a stunning collection of family homes ranging from three to four-bedroom properties in the premium village of Houghton Conquest, Bedfordshire. As Mulberry’s first Bedfordshire development, Houghton Fields is seeing great sales success with just one bungalow and three houses left for sale.

Steeped in rich history Earls Barton, located nine miles from lively country town Northampton, is the home of Earls Place. Benefiting from Northampton’s frequent rail services into London, this development offers three and four-bedroom homes that are perfectly suited to commuters. Only three homes remain for sale.

Meeting further demand for commuters, Stokes Rise is perfectly located to benefit from fast rail links to London St Pancras from neighbouring Market Harborough and Corby. Whilst easily connected to the capital, the four-bedroom homes are set within the picturesque village of Great Easton, known as one of the most attractive Welland Valley villages, living up to Mulberry’s promise of delivering homes in the best locations across their region.

Oak View is a development that is well suited to all buyer types, with a range of homes including three, four and five-bedroom properties and easy access to the major Midland Cities, Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.
